Designing a new learning online---Does it have RASE?
The video and the website show us a very innovative project about creating a new learning environment.
For the "R"-resources
It is a open platform on the internet and the participants are required to upload some digital materials.All those materials will be used in teaching part so that the resources provided to the learners will be in a large number and rich forms.
For the "A"-activities
There are many frames in the video showing learners involving in lots of activities such as discussing in groups,working together to complete tasks.
For the "S"-support
Just as I mentioned above,it's a open internet platform.The participants in this project are various for working areas, there are teachers,educators,IT workers and parents from every areas.They can provide professional supports from their own fields.
For the "E"-evaluation
It is the biggest problem in this project.The learners of the course are from different countries and region which get various culture,behavior,custom and religions.It is very hard to create just one standard or system to evaluate all those learners.
